How much does it cost to charter Provocatrix?
Private charters start at $4,000 for 4 hours and $7,000 for 8 hours. Special experiences are priced separately: July 4th fireworks $10,000; Seafair log boom $15,000–$25,000; overnight (1 night / 2 days) $15,000; and a full week $40,000.
What is not included in the price?
Charter rates cover the yacht and crew. Captain’s fee, fuel, cleaning and gratuity are not included, and add-ons such as catering and water toys are extra.
Capacity & The Yacht
How many guests can the yacht hold?
Provocatrix entertains up to 12 guests for day charters and sleeps 6 overnight across three staterooms with two heads and showers.
What features are aboard?
A heated full-glass enclosure with seven heaters and A/C, a hydraulic swim platform and beach club, a 12-speaker JL Audio system with four subwoofers and karaoke, an espresso machine, ice maker, grill and HDTV.
Locations & Experiences
Where can we cruise?
We cruise Lake Washington, Lake Union, Puget Sound and the San Juan Islands. Provocatrix departs from Carillon Point Marina in Kirkland.
Can we add water toys, catering or entertainment?
Yes. Add jetskis, an e-foil, wake surfing, a private chef and catering, a mixologist, a DJ or onboard massage to any charter.

How do we book?
Use our online booking form to send your preferred date, group size and the experience you want, and we’ll confirm availability and a custom quote.
What is the weather and cancellation policy?
The Pacific Northwest is cruise-ready in most conditions thanks to the heated glass enclosure. Charters proceed rain or shine; deposits are non-refundable, so please confirm your date carefully before booking.
Getting Aboard
Where do we meet the yacht and is there parking?
Provocatrix departs from Carillon Point Marina, 4100 Carillon Point, Kirkland, WA 98033. There is parking at Carillon Point, along with waterfront dining and shops right beside the marina.
What should we bring?
Bring sunscreen, layers for the evening and any personal items you would like. We provide the yacht and crew; catering and drinks can be arranged as add-ons or, in some cases, brought aboard — just ask when you book.
Can we bring children or pets?
Families are welcome and the swim platform is a hit with kids. If you would like to bring a pet, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

What water toys are available?
Jetskis, an e-foil and wake surfing can be added to any charter, launched easily from the hydraulic swim platform.
Can you arrange food and drinks?
Yes — a private chef and catering, a mixologist and bar service are all available. Tell us your preferences and we will tailor the menu.
Payment & Policies
How do deposits and payment work?
A deposit reserves your date, with the balance due before your charter. Deposits are non-refundable, so please confirm your plans before booking.
Is gratuity expected?
Captain’s fee, fuel, cleaning and gratuity are not included in the charter rate. Tips for the crew are appreciated and at your discretion.

Is the yacht comfortable in cool or wet weather?
Yes. The heated full-glass enclosure with seven heaters and air conditioning keeps the salon comfortable year-round, so charters are enjoyable rain or shine.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, especially for peak dates like Seafair, July 4th and World Cup week. Popular summer weekends fill quickly, so reserve once your plans are set.
