There is no better way to end a Seattle day than from the water. A private sunset and dinner cruise aboard Provocatrix — a 52-foot Prestige 520 luxury yacht — pairs golden-hour skyline views with fine dining, perfect for date nights, anniversaries and romantic evenings.

Golden Hour on the Water
As the sun dips behind the Olympics, the Seattle skyline glows and the city lights flicker to life across the water. Provocatrix gives you a front-row seat in total comfort — a heated full-glass enclosure, plush deck seating and a sound system cued to your playlist. Cruise Lake Union for the downtown skyline and Gas Works views, or Lake Washington for a serene, open-water sunset.
Dinner, Drinks & the Details
Make it a true dinner cruise with a private chef and catering — a multi-course meal prepared and served onboard — and a mixologist crafting cocktails as the sun sets. Whether it is an anniversary, a special date night or simply a beautiful evening with someone you love, our crew handles every detail so you can savor the moment.

Perfect for Two or a Small Group
Keep it intimate for a couple, or bring a small group of up to 12 to celebrate together. A sunset cruise is a memorable way to mark an anniversary, host out-of-town guests or simply treat yourselves. Planning to pop the question? See our proposal cruises.
Sunset Dinner Cruise FAQs
Do you provide dinner onboard?
Yes — we can arrange catering and a private chef for a multi-course dinner, plus a mixologist for cocktails. Tell us your preferences and we’ll tailor the menu.
When is the best time for a sunset cruise?
We time your charter around sunset, which is later in summer and earlier in winter. The heated glass enclosure keeps the cruise comfortable year-round.
How much does a sunset dinner cruise cost?
A 4-hour charter is $4,000 and an 8-hour charter is $7,000, plus catering and add-ons. Captain’s fee, fuel, cleaning and gratuity are not included.
Is it good for an anniversary or date night?
Perfectly — sunset dinner cruises are one of the most romantic ways to celebrate an anniversary or enjoy a special date night in Seattle.
An Evening You Cannot Get on Land
Seattle has wonderful waterfront restaurants, but none of them move with the light or give you the whole skyline to yourselves. On a private sunset cruise, the view is never the same for two minutes together — the Olympics catch the last light, the water turns to copper, and the city switches on around you. With a chef-prepared dinner served at your pace and your own soundtrack playing softly, it is the kind of evening that turns an ordinary date into a story you retell for years.
It is endlessly flexible, too. Make it a quiet dinner for two, a double date, or a small celebration with close friends. We handle the timing, the table and the service so you can simply be present with your company and the view.
Can we customize the dinner menu?
Yes — our private chef can tailor a multi-course menu to your tastes and dietary needs. Tell us your preferences when you book.
Will we be back before dark?
You choose. Many guests love staying out as the city lights come on; we plan the cruise around the experience you want.
Sunset times shift with the season — late into the evening in midsummer, earlier and cozier in fall and winter — so a dinner cruise works beautifully year-round thanks to the heated glass enclosure. Whatever the date, we plan the departure so you are on the water for the best of the light, drinks in hand and the city laid out before you.
